4.1 Guests must use properties for residential purposes only.
4.2 Parties, illegal activities, or commercial use of the property are strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Guests are responsible for the care and security of the property during their stay. Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required may incur additional charges.

5.1 Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking.
5.2 Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and may incur additional fees.

1. Liability

6.1 YYC Home Rentals is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
6.2 Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, and insurance coverage during their stay.
6.3 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our properties or website.
